Our technicians install and configure your smart water meter at your property. The installation is quick and non-intrusive.
You'll receive login credentials for our web portal and mobile app, where you can manage your water consumption and purchases.
When you need water, simply purchase tokens via M-Pesa. Enter our business number, your meter number, and the amount you wish to purchase.
For standard meters, you'll receive an SMS with your token code to input into your meter. For LoRa meters, tokens are loaded automatically over the wireless network.

Our prepaid water meters operate on a token-based system. You purchase water credits via M-Pesa by sending money to our business number and including your meter number as the reference. Once the payment is processed, you'll receive a token code via SMS which you can input into your meter using the keypad. For LoRa-enabled meters, the tokens are loaded automatically without manual input. The meter then dispenses water until the credits are exhausted, at which point you'll need to purchase more tokens.
LoRa (Long Range) LAN is a wireless communication technology designed for low-power, long-range data transmission. In our smart water meters, LoRa technology enables meters to connect wirelessly to a central network, allowing for automatic token loading, remote monitoring, and real-time data collection without requiring physical access to the meter.
The benefits include automated water management, reduced human intervention, real-time consumption analytics, early leak detection, and centralized management for property managers and water utilities. This technology is particularly valuable for large residential complexes, commercial properties, and rural water schemes.
Our smart water meters are designed with multiple layers of tamper protection. Physical tampering triggers an alarm and automatically shuts off the water flow. The meters also feature encrypted communication for token validation, making it virtually impossible to bypass the prepaid system.
